Portraits of Flowers

This post came to me when I was carrying the garbage can in from the street this morning. Cutting through Babbie’s biggest garden, I saw how the early  sun was catching a cluster of purple flower flowers. (I’m sorry but I’m as bad at remembering flowers’ names as peoples’.) I went in for the camera. The beauty below – I think it might be a flock – is the one that spurredd this post. Oh, while I’m guessing at names, I think the one above is a day lilly.   Above, we have white flowers and below multicolored....
